In the rare event that your product fails to work due to a defect in workmanship or materials, RIDINGX Tech team will, at its discretion, replace your product with the same or a similar product according to the warranty offered.


Valid warranty claims
Warranty claims must be made within the product warranty period. The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase. We need to add that the warranty on a replacement is from the original date of purchase on the receipt. A valid receipt is required in order to submit a warranty claim.
Product covered under 30 Days Warranty*
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover normal wear and tear of parts, personal preferences, damage caused by misuse, loss, abuse or negligent handling. It also does not apply to any unit that has been subject to tampering.

To make a warranty claim
Contact online customer service:After completing the Warranty RMA Request Form our Customer Service Team will contact you and sent you further instructions. Please do not send any product back to us without contacting us first. If your Warranty claim is valid we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.
Note: damage resulting from improper use, misuse, neglect, accidents, or human factors is not eligible under this policy. This includes: Damage caused by incorrect assembly or improper handling ,normal wear and tear ,tears, rips, or breakage caused by the human factor ,damage caused by pets or other animals, damage resulting from failure to follow care or usage instructions. Any item that has been misused, altered, or damaged due to external factors will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Customers are expected to exercise reasonable care when handling and using their products. Proper storage, cleaning, maintenance, and adherence to instructions will help prevent damage.

Certain accessories / gift / product may have different warranty terms, as specified on the individual product page. If you have any questions regarding warranty coverage, please contact our official customer service team at info@ridingx.com. Note : If you receive an item that having question or needed to make enquiry when arrival, customer needed to contact us within 72 hours of delivery. When contacting us, please provide  information about the product, including clear photographs and, if possible, videos. This documentation is required so we can properly assess the situation and work toward a resolution.Note: Claims submitted after this 72-hour window may not be accepted.
